*The majority of items will be delivered Next Working Day however please also check the lead times stated on the product.

Delivery Cut Off Times

  • The delivery cut off time to receive your order the Next Working Day* is 4.00pm.
  • If you order after 4.00pm your order will be dispatched the Next Working Day* e.g. an order placed at 9:00pm on Tuesday be delivered on Thursday.
  • If you place an order over the weekend your order will be dispatched on the Next Working Day* e.g. an order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • If you choose Saturday Delivery, the delivery cut off is 3.00pm on a Friday.

Worldwide Shipping

Golf Support is proud to offer international shipping to selected countries, ensuring that customers outside the UK can also enjoy our high-quality products. We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Switzerland
  • Italy
  • Sweden

Please note that Duties and VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and applicable import regulations. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, and some additional charges may apply after checkout.

Working Day

A working day includes Monday through to Friday but excludes Bank Holidays.

Please note that compensation can NOT be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, and it can NOT be offered for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item.

Golf Support advises that customers who foresee difficulty in obtaining their item at a home address should state a different delivery address at checkout. If your delivery address needs to be changed after the checkout procedure, please call us on 01623 421965 and we will get this changed for you, however this may affect the speed of delivery.

Tracking

Once the item is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email (UK Mail), where you can view the whereabouts of your order. Golf Support cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of the item from the point of dispatching to our couriers.

If you are unable to find your tracking number in your inbox then please check your spam/junk folders as it is possible they may have been sent there instead.

Track Your Order

Please enter your tracking number as provided in the email sent to you. It should look something like this 40987654321234. If you're struggling to track your item, please contact us.

Failed Deliveries

If our couriers cannot deliver the item because nobody is present at the address, they will leave a card. Delivery will then be attempted on two other occasions. After this point, you will need to call your local depot to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the courier receives no contact from you after a period of approximately 5 working days, they will return the package to us. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if you have not informed us about any conditions that may affect the delivery access e.g. a flight of stairs or narrow lane, when the delivery company arrives they determine it is unsafe to make the delivery or if they can not get the lorry to the property. You will have the choice of leaving the products on the ground floor\in the property, or the products will be taken away and any failed delivery charges that occur from the delivery company will be passed on to you.
